The location of the accommodation is excellent, making it easy to find and providing easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms are spotless and well-contained, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. the host is attentive and even provides a substantial amount of groceries. There is secure entry and free parking.
The shared self-catering aspect of the accommodation, with other strangers accessing the house at different times, may be uncomfortable for some guests.

Freshly decorated house with new furnishings; cosy shared living space; thoughtful welcome hamper; lovely rooms and great showers. The owners were kind and attentive. The location is excellent and the accommodation is clean and well-maintained. The host, Olivia, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and each room had its own ensuite. The secure outdoor area was a great perk for storing my bike overnight.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient and close to town. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.- There was a comfortable TV room where I could relax.
The traffic noise from the busy road right outside the hotel was unbearable, especially in the early morning. It kept me awake and disturbed my sleep.

Wow, so close to the airport, it's like I never left home. The terrace was a lovely place to watch the world go by.
Just loved when random strangers shared the kitchen with me, like a surprise party every time I wanted to cook. Not.

The value for money at this self-catering accommodation was exceptional, with all the necessary facilities and a spotlessly clean room. The location was perfect as a base for exploring the area, and the staff, especially Olivia, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.

I stayed at this lovely accommodation in Armagh recently and I must say, the shared lounge was like a cozy oasis after a long day of sightseeing. It felt like I had stepped into a charming living room straight out of a vintage novel.
Busy road outside.

The house has been recently redecorated, so everything feels fresh and new. The shared living space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The rooms are lovely, and the shower is great. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and a convenient garage and shop right across the road. The off-street parking is a bonus, ensuring peace of mind for guests with cars.
The main drawback is the busy road outside, which can be noisy and disturb sleep, especially in the early morning. While the hotel cannot control the traffic, it would be nice if the noise could be minimized in the front bedrooms.

Geweldig!
